Supported Living Coaching
Personalized coaching that empowers individuals to live independently in their own homes and the community while building confidence and daily routines.
- Must pass a Level 2 background check (with local background check)
- Bachelor's degree in education, rehabilitative science, human services, or related field; OR
- Associate's degree + 2 years direct experience with individuals with developmental disabilities; OR
- 1 year of college + 3 years direct experience with developmental disabilities; OR
- 4 years direct professional experience may substitute for college (HS/GED required)

Life Skills — Level 1
Companion Services — One-on-one support for daily living activities, social engagement, and building meaningful community connections.
- Must pass a Level 2 background check (with local background check)
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field or associated fields
- High school diploma or equivalent

Supported Employment (Individual) — Helping individuals secure and maintain competitive employment through job coaching and workplace support.
- Must pass a Level 2 background check (with local background check)
